In 2014 we found our forever home  in France, and even though it hadn't been lived in for 16 years and everything before that was very basic, we decided that La Salamonie would become our home. So we have been renovating the house and barn since then. The first part of the barn was the 1 bedroom gite which sleeps 2 people. The next stage is still a work in progress!
